Anthony Noto on his wrestling journey at Lock Haven:

The culture and atmosphere in the Lock Haven Wrestling room is a breeding ground for excellence and the coaches play an integral role in cultivating this environment."
"I believe my experience and skills will allow me to fit right into the Hawkeye lineup and make a major impact right away both in competition and leadership. I have always taken being a leader as one of my duties at NDSU and look to lead by example in Iowa as well."
Ty Eise on his experience wrestling at Colorado powerhouse Ponderosa High School, which has a strong tradition of producing the nation's best athletes:
"Wrestling for Ponderosa High School has been a dream of mine since I was young and wrestling for their youth program. I was blessed to be able to come in and make an impact on the program. The room is full of great wrestlers and we all push one another. Our continued success is a direct reflection on the coaches we are fortunate enough to have. We have one of the best coaching staffs in the nation."
Michael DeAugustino on what the transfer portal is really like:
"The transfer portal is definitely hectic. Coaches are pretty quick to call and be in contact and it can be overwhelming at first. It is a great opportunity for athletes to explore new options."
