The Waukee Northwest junior and University of Northern Iowa commit is a two-time Iowa High School Class 3A state champion and nationally ranked on MatScouts and Flowrestling. Carter also made a big impact as a member of Iowa's title-winning Junior Freestyle National Duals team in the summer of 2022.
